Opportunities to Support Our Work:
1. Join us!
Visit the FHHM site and attend our Events. Museum entrance and most events are FREE. Call (941) 752-5319 before coming so we can ensure that someone will be available to give you a tour.
2. Volunteer with us!
We are always in need of willing neighbors, friends, and community members to assist in different volunteer capacities. Please contact us to discuss your skills and how they may match our needs. You can commit to as little or as much time as you have available!
Some examples of volunteer tasks are:
- Assistance with events planning and organization.
- Clerical or communications assistance for our Executive Board (plan events, send emails, surveys, newsletter, etc.)
- Professional assistance (for those withe museum, archival, or library science training or experience): Cataloging and description of collections, development of exhibits, etc. in coordination with the SCF librarians and library staff.

3. Contribute with financial support!
We appreciate any monetary donations to help sustain our activities and programs. You can make a one-time donation or set up a regular contribution.
Donations may be made by your mailed check or through the State College of Florida Foundation’s Make a Gift Online page. Select “Other” when designating your gift and add Family Heritage House in the Comments.
